What this shows is .... People need to have Breakfast,Morning Tea and Lunch What I have learnt from the process is .... (identifying daily exercise activities, categorizing daily exercise activities etc) I have learnt to always remember to eat so my body can be healthy and when it's class time I can just on my work just like that. 2. Obesity means a person who is extremely overweight of the normal human weight.

Stakeholders is a person or group of people with a vested interest in a technological outcome,and/or its development.

Obesity means the public of being totally fat and Overweight.

The Mind map and image shows that those places can help you get full but also gain more weight. The doctors can help those people lose more weight than gain. If the governments had listened to what they had said, there can be a different in the future of obesity.

Daily Exercise - EXAMPLE

How much exercise are you getting?  

When I am well, I am generally getting a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise per day. The exercise also varies from one day to the next, and some days I work out longer than other days. I also incorporate rest days into the week, so that my muscles don't end up fatigued.
How does the amount of exercise that you're doing on a typical day, compare to the amount of exercise that you should be doing?

The recommended daily exercise is a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise per day. If I work out for more than 30 minutes per day, the average amount of daily exercise evens out throughout the week; even when I have rest days.
