Daily Exercise - EXAMPLE

How much exercise are you getting?  

When I am well, I am generally getting a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise per day. The exercise also varies from one day to the next, and some days I work out longer than other days. I also incorporate rest days into the week, so that my muscles don't end up fatigued.
How does the amount of exercise that you're doing on a typical day, compare to the amount of exercise that you should be doing?

The recommended daily exercise is a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise per day. If I work out for more than 30 minutes per day, the average amount of daily exercise evens out throughout the week; even when I have rest days.
